He has extensive experience in accreditation, instructional design, and regulatory and compliance issues for postsecondary education institutions. His academic credentials include a BA in Psychology, an MBA with a concentration Information Systems Management, and an Ed.D in Adult Education. Todd is a thought leader in the space of higher education and web technologies. He works to build long lasting relationships through regular engagement, accountability and common goals fulfilled. He is currently a small business owner of Chatbot Genius, LLC and operates a School of Direct Response Marketing.
