Todd Smith started his creative real estate investing career as a broke sophomore in college. Todd's plan was to work for someone else for 5 years, to learn how businesses run in corporate America, and then focus his efforts as a full-time real estate investor. Fortunately, he was blessed that things worked out exactly that way. His educational and professional background is electrical and software engineering.
