Tom Acitelli

TOM ACITELLI is the deputy editor of Commercial Observer, and has been a business journalist for more than 20 years. His previous books include The Audacity of Hops: The History of America's Craft Beer Revolution; American Wine: A Coming-of-Age Story, a finalist for the James Beard Award for best book; and Pilsner: How the Beer of Kings Changed the World, winner of the North American Guild of Beer Writers' book of the year award.
