Tom Carhart

Graduated from West Point in1966, served in Vietnam (two Purple Hearts), left army and earned J.D. from U. of Michigan Law School, then worked in Amsterdam (Editor, "European Taxation"), Santa Monica (RAND Corporation), Brussels (Archibald law firm), and Washington D.C. (Pentagon), earned a Ph.D. in American and military history from Princeton University in 1998.
