Toni D’Alia is an Australian author of children’s books and contemporary fiction. She loves to write picture books and junior fiction novels with heart and humour, and she is working on her first middle grade novel. Toni is the author of Bees Are Our Friends (Bright Light, 2022), The Easter Bunny Hop (Little Hare Books, 2024) and Worms Are Our Friends (Bright Light, 2024). She is excited to have another three picture books due for release in 2024-2025. Toni loves writing books to entertain, empower and educate! She has a background in primary education, and she loves visiting bookshops, kindergartens and schools for author visits and to run writing workshops. Toni also writes contemporary short stories. 'Sweet Dreams,' was published in the RWA Sweet Treats ‘Chocolate’ Anthology (2021) and 'My Mother's Pendant,' was published in the RWA Little Gems ‘Jade’ Anthology (2018).
