Toni Larue’ was born and raised in Richmond, California. Her young life was filled with exploring her imagination and studying those around her. Toni graduated from University of Phoenix with a BA in Communication and Technology. Rather than waste it on a boring 9 to 5 office job, Toni decided the time had come for her to utilize that overactive imagination to her benefit. She became a writer.
