Tonia Reinhard

Tonia Reinhard, MS, RD, FAND is Associate Professor-Clinical in the Nutrition and Food Science Department at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She is also the Course Director for Clinical Nutrition at the School of Medicine at Wayne State and is a past President of the Michigan Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (MAND). Tonia has authored eight books and several publications ranging from technical papers to articles for consumers. In addition to publications, Tonia has presented lectures to many diverse groups including physicians, dietitians, nurses, dental professionals, physical therapists, medical students, and industry trade groups. She lives in Romeo, Michigan with her husband John and has two adult children, Faye and Brendan, and seven grandchildren.
