Tony Rosado has been an interpreter and translator for over twenty years. He has worked all over the United States, Mexico, Canada, South America and Asia. Besides his federal court interpreter certification in the United States, he is certified at the local level by the court systems in Colorado and New Mexico. A perito traductor in Mexico, Tony has been a translation and interpretation instructor at the Defense Language Institute, Western State College of Colorado, and many other institutions an organizations. He is a regular conference presenter at the American Translators Association, National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators, and many other professional organizations in the U.S., Mexico and Spain. Tony has authored training materials for court and conference interpreters, and writes The Professional Interpreter blog from his home in Chicago.
