Tony is a UK-based journalist and broadcaster. His personal development and health books have been translated into 13 languages, including Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Turkish, Dutch and Croatian. His broadcasting career has spanned over two decades. He's been a regular presenter on channels including Sky News, Sky Sports News, ITV and LBC. He also hosts a podcast called Biohacking News by Zestology.
