Tracey Wong has taught for over 21 years at brick-and-mortar locations, as well as an online school. Tracey has experience at the elementary, secondary and college level. As a school library media specialist, Tracey has experience in the classroom and in administration. She is a 2021 Macmillan Dear Librarian winner, 2018 Library Journal Mover & Shaker, a 2017 Lemelson-MIT InvenTeam awardee and a 2016 ALA Scholastic Publishing recipient. Tracey is known for creating unique and participatory learning experiences. She has presented at various national conferences and has worked as a consultant producing culturally responsive, STEM and SEL resources. Tracey holds a BA from SUNY Binghamton, a MA from Pace University, a MS from CUNY Lehman, a MS from Mansfield University and a School District Leadership Certificate from CUNY Lehman. She has presented several times for AASL, NYCDOE, NYSLS, ISTE, Computers in Libraries, NCCE and Microsoft.
