Tracy is an accomplished speaker, author and consultant known for her ability to engage people in sensitive conversations. Her client base has ranged from Fortune 100 companies to small, community-based nonprofit agencies. She has worked in higher education, aerospace and defense, consumer packaged goods, multi-hospital health care systems, public transportation, real estate, consumer-focused technology, manufacturing and government agencies at the federal, regional and local levels. Tracy is also the founder/moderator of a public Facebook group that along with the corresponding book, journal and TEDxTalk, challenges people to answer the question, “What is mine to do to interrupt and end race-based hatred and violence?” Since 1986, Tracy has used universal spiritual principles to infuse her life with peace and joy. Her books include “Stained Glass Spirit: Becoming a Spiritual Community Where Oneness Does Not Require Sameness” and “I Turn to Prayer.” She is a former Chair of the Centers for Spiritual Living Leadership Council, a recipient of The Ernest Holmes Award and has received an honorary doctorate degree.
