Tracy O'Meara

Tracy O’Meara has always loved storytelling and adventure. After spending nine years living in Boston, Massachusetts and Austin, Texas, she adopted her beloved dog Monty from a rescue in Waco, Texas. Together, they explored the wide-open trails of Texas, building memories. In 2021, Tracy and Monty returned to Tracy’s roots in County Cork, Ireland, an experience that inspired her debut book, "The Adventures of Monty: From Texas Trails to Irish Tales". Combining their Texas adventures with the charm and beauty of Ireland, Tracy created a heartwarming story to share with her nieces and nephews. "The Adventures of Monty" marks Tracy’s first foray into children’s literature, blending her love for animals, exploration, and family into a tale that sparks imagination and celebrates the bond between people and their pets.
