Dr. Travis Hearne knows a thing or two about leadership. Travis is a nine-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, former government civilian working for the Intelligence Community and the Department of the Air Force, and is now the CEO and founder of Titanium Leadership. As a Marine, he served as a senior intelligence analyst with the 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion out of Camp Pendleton, California, leading teams to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2008 to 2009 and in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2010. From 2011 to 2016 he served as a senior intelligence analyst at United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), leading teams focusing on the analysis of advanced threats to the homeland from terrorist organizations, transnational criminal organizations, and other state actors. After his honorable discharge from the Marine Corps in 2016, Travis continued his service as a USNORTHCOM civilian, first as an intelligence officer for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) responsible for managing teams focusing on threats to North America from terrorist groups, then as the team lead of an interagency task force focusing on decreasing the flow of narcotics into and out of the United States, and finally as the Chief Interagency and Operations Officer for USNORTHCOM, heading up teams focusing on analyzing cybersecurity threat information. Travis’ passion is for equipping leaders, soon-to-be leaders, and organizations with tools to better lead their people; it’s what gets him up in the morning. As the founder and principal consultant for Titanium Leadership Consulting, Travis provides his consulting services to executives and executive teams of large and small organizations alike, helping them to lead well and drive growth and success regardless of whether they are on-site, remote, or hybrid working environments. Travis and his wife, Traci (sound familiar?), live in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and have three boys (Braden, Michael, and Brice). Travis leads a number of military and civilian small groups focusing on leadership and mentoring and serves as a leader in the men’s and military ministries at New Life Church in Colorado Springs.
