Trevor Spisto

Trevor B Spisto dives into history to inspire his creative writing. Trevor was born and raised on Staten Island, New York, and studied history & creative writing at the College of Staten Island. Walking through parks, he would make up stories that he later put to paper. By nineteen, Trevor penned his first feature-length screenplay, which was picked up and developed by Monarex Hollywood. After earning his Master’s in Special Education, Trevor embarked on a teaching career, a path that coincided with the onset of the pandemic. This challenging period also offered an opportunity to transform his screenplay into his debut novel, “The Tiger and the Crane.”
