Dr. Tyler's culinary prowess is equally impressive. She has won multiple prestigious cooking competitions, including the "Mid-Atlantic Chef of the Year" and the "National Sustainable Seafood Challenge." Her signature style is a fusion of Indian flavors with fresh, local Delaware ingredients. Beyond accolades, Dr. Tyler is passionate about empowering others.
