Since its founding, written words have been central to articulating the aspirations of the United Nations. On 24 October 1945, the founding members of the United Nations signed a Charter, giving the Organization its framework. Since then the Charter has been published in many languages, along with countless other documents, reports, and titles. United Nations Publications brings together all these publications in one place. We are the source for over 5,300 titles produced by the Organization and its key agencies.
