Uyen Luu

Uyen Luu is a food photographer and cook book author. She trained in fine art film and video at Central St Martins. Uyen hosts a Vietnamese supper club in her East London studio where she cooks dishes she learned from her mother. Uyen also teaches Vietnamese cookery. Uyen's Vietnamese cookbooks are published by Hardie Grant Vietnamese 2021 Vietnamese Vegetarian 2023 Quick & Easy Vietnamese 2024 Her debut book, My Vietnamese Kitchen was published by Ryland Peters & Small in 2013 and republished in March 2024
