Valerie Rife

Hello friends! I am Valerie Rife, a small-town girl, born and raised in Southwest Virginia in a small town called Pound, VA. The mountains of Southwest Virginia are my home, and there is no place I would rather be. I take pride in raising my two daughters, Jaden Grace and Addilyn Marie, in the distinct Appalachian culture that thrives in our area, reflecting the southern Virginia mountains. As Orpha would say, “Have a glass of sweet tea,” and enjoy. I am thankful to God for these special memories and as Orpha would say, “Always put God First,” reflecting on the Bible verse Philippians chapter 4 verse 13: I can do all things through Christ that strength me.
