Vimmi Om Mehta

VIMMI OM MEHTA is a writer and management professional. She has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and an executive MBA degree from IIM Calcutta in leadership management. Over the past twenty-eight years, she has worked in various fields including engineering, procurement, finance, audit and HR. Vimmi believes in the power of mentoring in creating and raising new leaders and currently leads a training program Unleash Your Power for young professionals. She has always been introspective and loves to dig deeper—to understand self and the surrounding better. Her works The Late Bloomer and the upcoming book Sharing My Light too thus delves into the realm of self-exploration and philosophy. Vimmi currently resides in Mumbai, India with her husband, daughter and pet dog, Cookie.
