Making the seashore in Sea Girt NJ his hometown, Vinnie has been researching history since 2000 when he wrote "Who are These People", private history of seven generations of his Newfoundland relatives. In 2017 he published Sea Girt the Last Town at the Jersey Shore, a history of the town, and the broader New Jersey Shore. In 2019, he completed The Women Who Saved Spring Lake, a celebration of the female entrepreneurs who built and preserved this jewel of a community. In 2022, he completed Forsaken Kings, his first historical novel, telling the story of Emma Spreckels, the daughter of the Sugar King Claus Spreckels. Vinnie also is available for research assessments, author support, and house and property histories.
