VITALY HART

关于作者

Hello! I’m Vitaly Hart, an author specializing in Neuro-Reformation and Biohacking, and the developer of a method for progressive neural pathway formation called “Neuro-Reformation.” I’m also a regular person—a businessman, a father, and a husband. I was 36 when, one morning, I woke up to find that my left leg, just above the knee, and my left cheek had gone numb. At first, I thought I’d just slept on it wrong, but the numbness didn’t go away for hours. A call to the ambulance followed, and soon, I was being rushed to the hospital with the sirens blaring. After tests, an MRI, and several examinations, I received the diagnosis: a stroke. I was in shock. I felt I was too young for a stroke—it all seemed to be happening way too soon. Then came the hospital stay, rehab, medication, and specific restorative exercises. I had plenty of time to think and reflect on my life. It led me to study brain recovery, neural connections, rehabilitation techniques after a stroke, and biohacking. My goal became not just to recover, but to fundamentally reform my life. Almost six years have passed since then. I delved deeply into human physiology and energy systems. I studied everything I could find: from yoga and meditation to esoteric knowledge; from ancient Buddhist and Zoroastrian beliefs and most major religions to human brain physiology and all aspects of healthy, balanced nutrition. I was searching for answers to why all of this happened to me. What did it mean? What was the lesson to be learned? This was a time of intense self-searching and transformation—a period of deep personal reformation. Now, I’m happy, working on engaging and promising business projects, and raising a son and daughter with my wife. My life is full of harmony, understanding, and a true sense of self in this world. I finally found my life’s purpose, my calling. I’m ready to share my knowledge and experiences, and I would be thrilled if my story and insights could help and benefit someone else. Cooking is also one of my favorite hobbies. Back in my student days, I worked in restaurants in New York, Warsaw, and the coastal area near Portland, Maine. I even worked at Mabel’s Lobster Claw in Kennebunkport, the favorite restaurant of President George H.W. Bush and First Lady Barbara Bush. It’s still open today, by the way, and they serve a fantastic crab. I hope my books and methods bring health, harmony, inner physical and mental strength, and lasting happiness to your life! Thank you!
