Wallace P. Benn has been in Christian ministry for almost 50 years as a pastor and then bishop. Born and educated in Ireland he moved to England for theological training, at Trinity College Bristol, under Alec Motyer and J. I. Packer. Passionate about Bible teaching he is the founding chairman of Bible by the Beach, a Bible teaching conference for all the family in Eastbourne, England. He is the former president of the Fellowship of Word and Spirit and a trustee of Irish Church Missions, an evangelical church-planting agency in Ireland. Wallace and his wife Lindsay, with the support of Proclamation Trust, have run a series of Marriage and Ministry Conferences to encourage couples in Christian ministry.
