Walter John Doherty

Following a fifty-year career in the field of education being a teacher and then serving as a principal, superintendent and university professor, Dr. Doherty decided to take up writing as a hobby. In addition to publishing the Walking Stick: A Mysterious Attraction, Walt is working on five other novels. He and his wife Beth, a practicing artist, share their year between the Adirondacks of New York and the beach town of New Smyrna Beach Florida.
