Welsley Jongko

Welsley Jongko brings over a decade of experience in education to her role as a literacy coach and reading interventionist. Her passion for helping children learn to read stems from her own childhood challenges with literacy. As a dedicated advocate, she supports parents and their little ones on their reading journeys. With a Master’s in Reading Education (M.Ed.), Welsley is well-versed in effective teaching methods and literacy strategies. Welsley holds certifications in IMSE Orton Gillingham and LETRS, enhancing her ability to address diverse learning. She is the creator “Little Literacy Nook,” an engaging Instagram and YouTube channel where she provides valuable resources and guidance to parents as they navigate the journey of teaching their children to read. Welsley resides in the Atlanta suburbs with her husband and two young boys.
