W I L L H I L L E N B R A N D is a celebrated author and illustrator whose published works include over seventy five books for young readers. In addition to his own self-illustrated titles, he has illustrated the works of writers and resellers, including Verna Aardema, Judy Sierra, Margery Cuyler, Judith St. George, Phyllis Root, Jane Yolen, Karma Wilson, Maureen Wright, Daniel Pinkwater, and Jane Hillenbrand. Will has lived almost all his life in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he was the youngest of four boys. He now lives in Terrace Park. Will has been the illustrator and author in residence at Kent State University and the Art Academy of Cincinnati.
