Will Thomas

Will Thomas is an award-winning and best-selling author, and international speaker. He has authored and co-authored more than 10 books in the field of coaching, leadership and creativity. He started his career in Personnel Management with Marks and Spencer, but the allure of lemon acrylan sweaters and broccoli quiche couldn't hold him there and his calling into the teachng profession beckoned. He went on to become a highly successful leader in schools. In 2002, in order to have more influence in education, and to devote time to writing, he set up Vision for Learning, an education training company and resource provider. He is now a distinguished education coach, specialising in getting schools and colleges to develop sustainable models of CPD practice based around coaching approaches. As well as working in education, Will spends some of his time now, coaching aspiring authors. He lives with his partner and two long haired cats in Malvern, Worcestershire, England. He got into writing when he began his business, and it has become a absolute passion, averaging 1.5 published books a year over the last eight years with four major publishers...."the inspiration just keeps coming" he says!
