His exceptional leadership skills were honed through managing teams of 60-300 sailors and earning the distinction of being the only enlisted "Officer of the Deck" entrusted with navigating billion-dollar warships, directly reporting to the captain. Brendan credits his time in the Navy for shaping his character and instilling the core values of integrity, accountability, and relentless ambition. Guided by his personal motto, "If you don’t have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over again?" Brendan consistently tackles challenges head-on, removing obstacles and finding innovative solutions.
