William Vasilio Sotirovich studied History at Dorchester College and Politics at St.Edmund Hall, Oxford University, U.K. He pursued graduate studies at the University of Chicago and graduated with an M.A. degree from the Divinity School in 1957, and then undertook further study in International Relations and obtained an M.A.degree in Political Science at the University of Chicago. He is currently involved in organizing "The USA Space Program and Return to the Moon Committee". The study of Hugo Grotius is extremely important. He was the founder of International Law,a man of action, a diplomat and a stateman known as the miracle of Holland whose understanding of cosmos was that of universal harmony conditioned on the positive relationship between man and his Creator. Reading of Grotius writings is recomended for students of law,theology and politics since Hugo Grotius was great for his own era and is exceedingly important for our world of today.
