Womziz: Reconnecting Kids with the Joy of Fun Books! Welcome to the official bio of Womziz: Fun Books for Kids! We’re two passionate teachers and authors on a mission to reconnect children with the simple joys of life—without the glow of a screen in front of their faces. In today’s digital age, it’s all too easy for kids to become absorbed in their devices, but we believe there’s something magical about picking up a good book that helps develop minds and imaginations in ways screens just can’t match. At Womziz, we know that instilling a love of reading is more than just a fun pastime—it’s an important part of a child’s development. Books open doors to new worlds, spark creativity, and nurture empathy. Yet, all too often, we find kids prefer the instant gratification of video games, social media, or streaming services. We wanted to create an alternative—an escape, but not the kind they’ll find through a screen. Instead, we’ve created books that invite children to get active, think creatively, and start building their reading skills through playful and engaging ways which will hopefully rekindle their love for 'meatier' books! The Womziz Vision: Encouraging Active Reading As teachers, we’ve seen firsthand how kids can lose interest in reading. Whether it's due to academic pressures, the rise of digital distractions, or simply not finding books that grab their attention, the result is the same: children spend less time exploring the magical world of books. That’s where Womziz comes in! We created Womziz with the idea that books should be an experience—one that blends fun, learning, and creativity. Our books are designed to draw kids away from the screen and onto an adventure. Through interactive coloring, puzzles, games, and activities, we aim to foster not just literacy, but a true love for books. Our hope is that children won’t just read because they have to, but because they want to. What Makes Our Books Different? Interactive Adventures – We believe that reading should be an immersive experience. Our activities encourage children to get involved by solving riddles, creating characters, and even participating in physical activities that align with the themes of the book. It’s all about making reading an active, fun part of their day. Screen-Free Fun – Our number one goal is to get kids off their devices and engage with the world around them. Instead of competing with the latest app, we aim to give children experiences that they can’t find on a screen. Why Teachers, Why Books? Being teachers ourselves, we understand the pressures and demands on children today. There’s so much focus on grades, tests, and achievements, but there’s one area that often gets overlooked: the joy of just being curious, asking questions, and engaging with texts. That’s what drives us as authors. We’re not just writing books for kids; we’re creating a movement. A movement to bring back the joy of reading, one adventure at a time. We want to spark something special—whether it’s laughter, wonder, or curiosity—and we want to do it in a way that doesn’t require a screen or a device.
