关于作者

Xenia Sheehan lives in Claremont, New Hampshire, where she attends Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church. She has been a book editor for much of her life and has done graduate study in English at the University of Wisconsin, in Counseling at Norwich University in Vermont, and in Theology at St. Vladimir's and St. Tikhon's Seminaries. Raised unchurched, Xenia found her way to Orthodox Christianity following her husband and younger son in 1989. She was propelled into doing a bit of writing by her husband's repose in 2010 because he left a number of papers and journals that needed to be made into books. She has so far edited and published THE PSALMS OF DAVID: TRANSLATED FROM THE SEPTUAGINT GREEK BY DONALD SHEEHAN (Wipf & Stock 2013); THE GRACE OF INCORRUPTION: THE SELECTED ESSAYS OF DONALD SHEEHAN ON ORTHODOX FAITH AND POETICS (Paraclete 2015); THE SHIELD OF PSALMIC PRAYER: TRANSLATING, INTERPRETING, AND PRAYING PSALMS (Ancient Faith 2020); and IN THE HOUSE OF MY PILGRIMAGE: VIOLENCE, NOETIC HEALING, AND PERSONHOOD (Wipf & Stock Resource Publications 2023).
