From a very young age, I discovered my passion for health, nutrition, and well-being. My journey began at the age of three when I started practicing sports, which led me to train as an athlete in disciplines such as rhythmic gymnastics, fitness, and volleyball. Over the years, I learned that discipline is key to achieving any goal, but I also understood that a healthy lifestyle is the true foundation for long-term success. As a mother of two, I know that our habits leave a deep impact on future generations. Children learn by example and often repeat patterns without realizing they are choosing a path that can affect their well-being. That’s why I decided to turn my knowledge into stories and illustrated books that help families adopt healthy habits in a fun and natural way. My purpose is to inspire, teach, and guide you on this journey to a healthier life by providing you with practical and accessible tools. Through my books, I want to show you that changing your lifestyle is not only possible but also exciting and that every small step matters. Beyond my passion for health, I love teaching and believe in the immense potential of children. Using dynamic and validated learning methods, I aim to enhance their skills and nurture their innate curiosity.
