The founder and CEO of The Innovation Lab Inc., a leading innovation consultancy and educational institute specializing in business model innovation and digital transformation in South Korea. With extensive experience working with major corporations and emerging startups, I help organizations navigate disruptive change and create sustainable growth strategies. My research focuses on systematically connecting fundamental business perspectives with real-world corporate performance, particularly in platform economics and business model development. As an Aalto University EMBA graduate and business innovation coach, I share insights on business model innovation, platform strategy, and market driven transformation. My work has contributed to shaping innovation practices and business strategies for numerous organizations in the market.
