My journey as an author began when I noticed a gap in children’s literature—stories that celebrate Islamic traditions like Ramadan and Eid and makes them relatable and accessible to kids of all backgrounds. In my books, including Myra's Twinkling Ramadan Journey, I aim to help children embrace their Muslim identity with pride and see values like kindness, gratitude, and reflection as their superpowers. Through engaging storytelling and vibrant illustrations, I hope to spark curiosity, foster inclusivity, and create meaningful connections between families and cultures. When I’m not writing, you’ll find me teaching, spending time with my family, or dreaming up new ways to make learning fun and impactful for young minds.
