I read it in one sitting, 3 to 4 hours. 2/3 of the book is quite good, keeps your attention. Great for a cold rainy day - easy reading. The last part of the book is incredibly graphic and disturbing. I would not recommend it for a teenager or for a sensitive person.
However, the author has lots of twists and turns, and that kept my attention and kept me reading.

Finished this book in 2.5 days
I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever finished an entire chapter book and I say this as someone in my 30s. My mind always wanders, I get tired, etc. reading was never my “thing” until I got invited to join a book club and did it more for the social aspect & this was the book that was chosen. I started reading & couldn’t stop! I finished in 2.5 days and not only do I feel accomplished and proud but I am HOOKED! What an incredible author! I cannot wait to order another book of Freida McFadden’s
