"Joseph Nguyen has presented a simple guide to a much happier life. Although I have read similar works conveying these same insights, Mr. Nguyen has the ability to crystallize these concepts in a way that I have not encountered before. Beautifully written, he gets his message across better than any other self-help author I have read and he also gives very practical advice on implementing this practice in your daily life. Excellent work! I would highly recommend this book to everyone. The audiobook is enjoyable too, and I enjoy hearing his voice. I would like to read more from this author." -

"This book is a journey unfolding our minds to have clarity and understanding, knowing what is and not what if, as the mind cast an illusion in our daily lives to sieve out thoughts and thinking and to know the difference. I enjoyed the explanations given for each chapters and it's raise your awareness and expand your consciousness to bring you to a state of non-thinking where you actually feel joy, peace and harmony within. It is not easy to stay in the state of non-thinking but the guides given by the author does help to center your thoughts not your thinking to be in the state of non-thinking. This book has help me to understand myself better and a journey of discovery for me. I thank the author for such an amazing work, simple and profound. I like the part how the mind thinks and says it is not possible or the guides given are to simple and will not work out for me but when I deep dive within, accepting my negative thinking and acknowledging it, makes a lot of difference in fighting it or resisting it. I recommend anyone who is on the journey of self discovery and how to deal with you mind, this is the book for you." - Jay R.

This book has so many amazing one liners that really make you feel something deeply.
I deal with anxiety and panic disorder and reading this book helped me a lot. A few days back I was feeling a panic attack coming on and I immediately grabbed this book and picked up where I left off. I instantly felt relief and started actually laughing a little. The mind is such a scary yet beautiful thing.
Anyways loved the book and it’s a quick read.

2025年2月19日在美国发布评论I just finished this book and I enjoyed reading it. This was my first book that I read on my new reading journey- and the first book I ever finished reading. It is very eye opening and I can confidently say that it has helped me. I’m such an over thinker and this has helped me self regulate and be more self aware of my harmful patterns when thinking. 10/10 would recommend. Easy book to read if you want to start!

2025年2月8日在美国发布评论I’ve been a negative thinker most of my life. I always attributed it to being a realist but it really started affecting the way I felt as after all, how you think is how you feel. I am 53 and decided I was sick of blaming others for how I felt - this is my doing. The early part of this book with the Buddhist and boat was an eye opener! Every chapter after that was cleansing…that’s the only way I can describe it. If I said I enjoyed the book, that’s not enough credit where deserved. This book was an emotional lifesaver for me and for that I say thank you to the author. I was skeptical but you are right - it changes your thinking gradually and feels so wonderful as a result ❤️.

5.0 颗星,最多 5 颗星 Absolutely superb
This is a brilliant little book. I'm always interested in thought management and have spent years with mindfulness and meditation as well as thought reframing, but this somehow outlines what's going on in the mind much much better. It's easy to understand and frankly, life changing. I can't recommend it highly enough.
