  Ali Hazelwood did it again and wrote another winner. Even though it was short, the story was very much complete. It was fulfilling and satisfying as the love story of Marc and Jamie was told. It showed their arc of the relationship together beautifully over the years. It had the great trope of best friend’s brother, though with a twist of him being younger. It was angsty. It had great tension. The deep emotions were there as they built for years upon years. The special moments of caretaking and affection were there. I loved the characters especially Marc. What a sweetheart. Overall it was just a great story, and I throughly enjoyed it.
