Everything was going good with card started with just $100 since I didn’t use Amazon very much. Well I started using more often and I got a text one day saying if I would like to increase my balance by $50 so I texted back yes then used the additional $50. But when I made the payment for the $150 the $50 increase disappeared and went back to $100 called them and they didn’t do anything but tell me they where sorry but they couldn’t do an increase on my account I had to go submit a request explained everything again to them and got the same scripted answer so just let it go.
