Breadmaker.
The size works well in my small kitchen. In spite of tweaking some of the recipes, the bread continues to be dense and heavy. I will continue experimenting.

Easy to install. Does not fully align with the seat belts. The jury is still out on how easy or difficult it will be to install two car seats.
