A life-long adventurer and a seasoned solo traveler, Leslee had her life upended in February 2020, just like everybody else. Instead of returning to Japan to teach in Yokohama, she joined the rest of the world and "sheltered in place.” For her, that meant staying put in the U.S. With that dramatic life change, the seed of an idea began to grow.
