Margaret Salt is a nutritionist and professional chef, author of author of several important cookbooks, highly appreciated by lovers of good food. She was born in a small town in Florida on 09/16/1975. Her family owns a very famous restaurant in their town so she has always been in touch with the world of good food. Even as a child, Margaret developed a great interest in experimenting with tasty and unique recipes using the raw materials she had available from her family's restaurant. Margaret went to university and graduated with top marks in food science, becoming a nutritionist. Now, she has her own private practice where she treats many people who want to get fit or who have serious illnesses such as diabetes or hypertension.
