MAURO COSTA

Mauro Costa, pianist and composer, began studying the piano at the age of 6. He enters the Luca Marenzio Conservatory of Brescia (Italy), graduating in piano. At the same time, he attends the composition course. During his piano studies, he follows a preparatory piano course held by Laura Palmieri. After completing his classical studies, he studied jazz with maestro Lino Franceschetti. He teaches piano in the S. Cecilia Philharmonic Association of Sarezzo (BS), and in other schools/musical associations. In 2016/17, he attended the 4th Aigam National Course (Italy) for teaching the piano according to Edwin E. Gordon's Music Learning Theory of pianist Marilyn Lowe.
