As of May 2016 my newest release is "Campstar Chef Cookbook and Guide". Along with my husband's input and style of photography, we have produced a book that offers 1000 recipes, Canadian National Park and United States National park information as well as camping trivia and equipment guidelines that will help you to have a successful camping adventure. Included is information about taking your Pet on a camping trip, Camping with Children, as well as use of different camping styles (Grilling, Smoke, Pie Iron, Cast Iron cooking). An avid camper myself, I have spent every summer and a few hardy winters camping in the National Parks. This year is the 100 th anniversity of the National Parks- What a way to introduce new and old to the camping world.
