Sushmita Kirkland

Sushmita Kirkland has spent over 15+ years working in Corporate America and Europe. Having lived in 7 countries and traveled to over 42 countries, Sushmita's safe place in folded between the pages of a book in a corner somewhere, thus began her love for books and writing. After becoming a mother and starting her work in the Diversity, inclusion, Belonging and Equity(DIBE) space, she wanted to combine her love for writing with her other loves traveling and children through her passion for DIBE. Thus, her first book ' Alphabets of the World' was born. This is one of the first of the series that will educate children about belonging in this world through exposure to culture, languages, traditions and sharing these with others to build diversity and inclusion.
