Taylor Plimpton

Taylor Plimpton is the author of "Notes from the Night: A Life After Dark," a nonfiction account of New York City nightlife. He is also the co-editor of "The Dreaded Feast: Writers on Enduring the Holidays," an anthology of dark holiday humor. His writing has appeared in Sports Illustrated, Men's Journal, Dan's Papers, newyorker.com, The Rumpus.net, and elsewhere. When not at work, Taylor enjoys playing Tai Chi and lying about in the sun. He graduated with a degree in English from Reed College.
