Constance E. Bagley is a Senior Research Fellow at Yale University and the Founder and CEO of the Bagley Strategic Consulting Group LLC. She was formerly Professor in the Practice of Law and Management at Yale, a Senior Research Scholar at Yale Law School, Associate Professor in Management at Harvard Business School, Senior Lecturer at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a partner of Bingham McCutchen LLP. She is the author of Managers and the Legal Environment: Strategies for the 21st Century (9e) and coauthor with Craig E. Dauchy of The Entrepreneur's Guide to Law and Strategy (5e). She received her A.B. with Distinction and Honors from Stanford University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she was invited to join the Harvard Law Review. She also received an honorary doctorate in economics from Lund University.
She served as President of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business and won its Senior Award of Excellence. She won the Excellence in Teaching Awards at the Yale School of Management in 2013 and 2009.
