Dr. Herman Aguinis is the Avram Tucker Distinguished Scholar at George Washington University School of Business. Every year since 2018, Web of Science Highly Cited Researchers Reports has ranked him among the world’s 100 most impactful researchers in economics and business, he served as President of the Academy of Management, and has been inducted into The Ph.D. Project Hall of Fame. His work focuses on the global acquisition and deployment of talent in organizations and organizational research methods (i.e., behavioral science and data science). His research has been published in over 220 articles and 13 books and featured by the Wall Street Journal, The Economist, USA Today, Forbes, and many other outlets.
