Stephen M. Norris

Stephen M. Norris is Walter E. Havighurst Professor of Russian History and Director of the Havighurst Center for Russian and Post-Soviet Studies at Miami University (OH), where he has taught since 2002. A native of Alton, IL, he studied history at Millikin University (Decatur, IL) and the University of Virginia. His teaching and writing focus on modern Russian history.
