Carol Mighton Haddix is co-editor of The Chicago Food Encyclopedia and former food editor of the Chicago Tribune. She is the editor of many Tribune cookbooks, as well as Chicago Cooks: 25 Years of Food History with Menus, Recipes, and Tips from Les Dames d'Escoffier Chicago. She is a member of the James Beard Foundation Book Awards committee and Les Dames d'Escoffier International.
