I became a newspaper photographer while still in high school, and over my career have worked in news, features, sports, advertising, landscape and wildlife. I love historical photographs, especially landscape images from across the Great Plains and our National Parks. By re-photographing the sites of these images, I learn about history, and satisfy my curiosity about what I'll find there after 100 years or more. I also enjoy speaking to groups about the beauty and history of our country, as seen through "then and now" photographs.
