Gail Ghetia Bellamy, PhD, is an award-winning journalist whose work—articles, fiction, essays and poetry—has appeared in more than 120 publications, including newspapers, magazines, literary and academic journals, and anthologies. She is the former executive food editor of Restaurant Hospitality, a national magazine for the restaurant industry.
In addition to her Cleveland Memories series and the fine arts interior design book Design Spirits, Gail’s published work includes two poetry chapbooks. She has co-authored four books with Vicki Draeger: The Vegetable Storybook, illustrated by syndicated cartoonist Jenny Campbell; and three novellas based on artist Frida Kahlo, translated into Spanish by Sonia Dolores Estrada Morales and published by Teacher's Discovery: Frida Soy Complicada, Spanish Level 1 Reader; Frida Soy Quien Soy, Spanish Level 2 Reader; Soy Frida, Spanish Level 3 Reader.
Gail co-authored two digital cookbooks with Linda Funk: Really Fast, Really Easy, Really Good: (featuring shelf-stable soyfoods) and Easy Snackable Soy.
